Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you.

Right to Opt-Out

By submitting this request, you are directing Lori Kassin LLC not to sell your Personal Information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140 (CCPA).

This right to opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information is only available to California residents or individuals properly acting on behalf of a California resident. 


What this request means:

If you submit this form, Lori Kassin LLC will not be permitted to provide your Personal Information to a third party in exchange for money or other valuable consideration.  Upon receipt of a verifiable consumer request, Lori Kassin LLC will take steps to ensure that no Personal Information of that individual is sold, as defined by the CCPA.


What this request does not mean:

Submitting this form will not delete your Lori Kassin LLC account or purchase history.  Lori Kassin LLC will still be permitted to contact you, via email, text or otherwise, based on contact preferences you have previously provided to Lori Kassin LLC.  Lori Kassin LLC will still be able to market Lori Kassin LLC products to you.  Lori Kassin LLC will still be able to provide your Personal Information to service providers performing services on Lori Kassin LLC’s behalf, including but not limited maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing financing, providing advertising or marketing services, providing analytic services, or providing similar services on behalf of the business or service provider. 

How do you submit a request?

You may submit this request by emailing us.  Lori Kassin LLC will only use the information you provide to process your request, including but not limited to corresponding with you regarding the completion of this request and for any other reason contemplated or permitted by the CCPA and its implementing regulations.

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a consumer, Lori Kassin LLC may require the submission of additional documentation prior to fulfilling this request. 

This request may also be submitted by calling us or contacting us through our website.


Lori Kassin LLC may deny this request if Lori Kassin LLC believes that the request is fraudulent.
