Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you.

By submitting this request, you are directing Lori Kassin LLC not to sell your Personal Information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140 (CCPA).

How do you submit a request?
You may submit this request by emailing us. Lori Kassin LLC will only use the information you provide to process your request, including but not limited to corresponding with you regarding the completion of this request and for any other reason contemplated or permitted by the CCPA and its implementing regulations.

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a consumer, Lori Kassin LLC may require the submission of additional documentation prior to fulfilling this request.
This request may also be submitted by calling us or contacting us through our website.
Lori Kassin LLC may deny this request if Lori Kassin LLC believes that the request is fraudulent.
